Senior Lecturer - BA (Hons) Fashion Photography
Hours: 0.8 FTE
Salary: £35,784.80 per annum which is pro-rata to £44,731 per annum

The BA (Hons) Fashion Photography is a highly regarded and well-established degree programme with a strong track record of student success and progression. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team and contribute to the delivery and further development of this dynamic course as a Senior Lecturer involved in the planning, designing, delivery and organisation of the course. Acting as a Year Tutor; as well as a Module Leader responsible for the quality and enhancement of the learning experiences within specific modules across the course, the course team also ensures the general student experience including enhancement activities such as educational visits and student exhibitions. Applicants must be able to demonstrate proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of curriculum; and be able to teach at all levels within the overall course.
The successful candidate will need to have (or be willing to work towards achieving) a Masters qualification, and a post-graduate teaching qualification, or the willingness to attain one in 3 years. They will have extensive knowledge and expertise of contemporary fashion photography and/or fashion filmmaking, together with knowledge of lens based media digital equipment and software and proven knowledge of career paths and have relevant industry contacts.
